INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
Symbolic Designs is excited to extend free shipping service to our International customers with our global facilities recently expanded in Mexico, UK and Canada. Worldwide shipping is approximately 15-18 days for your order to arrive. We ship standard postage using multiple shipping methods throughout the world. Postage will be priced according to location. You will be able to see international shipping rates once you chose your country at checkout and all duties and taxes will be paid in full at checkout.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Symbolic Designs offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you don't love it, return it. We are happy to accept a return or exchange request for any reason in the first 30 days. Just return the product to us undamaged within 30 days, and email us your TRACKING INFORMATION, ORDER NUMBER, and FULL NAME to email@example.com and we will process the refund within two (2) business days once we receive it.
*NOTE: we do not provide pre-paid shipping packages or return labels. You must send back unwanted products at your own expense. We highly recommend shipping your item(s) back via FedEx/UPS not USPS.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
You may amend or cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. Please email: firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible with your change request and label the subject: Change/Cancel My Order. Make sure to include your FULL NAME and ORDER NUMBER in the email. Once an order is processed and in production, it cannot be cancelled or amended.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED ITEM?
If your product arrives damaged or defective, we offer a hassle-free replacement. Here's how:
Take a digital photo of your damaged product(s) and shipping package it arrived in (only if the package is also damaged).
Attach your photos to an email and send them to: email@example.com. Please include your ORDER NUMBER, FULL NAME, and BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DAMAGE.
You will receive an email within two (2) business days confirming that your damage replacement request will be processed.
If your photo replacement is confirmed, you do not need to mail back your item. We will process the refund or replacement based on the claim and automatically send out your replacement within 3 business days.
